Tom works closely with Barry Jenkins on a wide range of Norlife projects for Norfolk LIFT. His work includes liaison with the various development partners and GP practices, putting together ideas and proposals relating to potential schemes and the whole process of turning these into actual projects. He assists in overseeing the construction and operation of various PCT buildings and has been involved in the overall management of the completed Thetford Healthy Living Centre, along with the current QEH Nurses accommodation refurbishment. His involvement in progressing pipeline projects currently being developed includes the North Walsham Community Hospital, Fairstead Medical Practice, and Yare Valley Medical Practice. He has a background in retailing and in real estate planning.
