Stephen is a Director of Guildhouse UK Ltd and is responsible for business development in the PFI sector, with a high level of involvement in bid management and in the subsequent development of projects. In this capacity he was the Director responsible for the closing Notts. Police PFI project and also Willesden Community Hospital.
He has wide ranging business experience in the property and construction industries, particularly in identifying and developing opportunities from the early stages. Stephen has a reputation for achieving good relationships with a wide group of stakeholders to secure and deliver major projects and for adding value to projects in areas such as sustainability, design input, community and cultural links.
