Development Manager
Sophie is responsible for the delivery, monitoring and management of a wide range of different types of property, particularly in healthcare. She works closely with Tony Fowles on Assemble Community Partnership (South East Midlands LIFT). Her work mainly involves financial modelling, cash-flow monitoring and process management, in addition to advising and reporting on the company and the many projects with which it is involved.
Previously Sophie was Assistant Project Manager at Tropus & Spicer where she provided project management support to a number of different construction projects including Barnsley Markets (a design & build mixed use development) and a hospital department refurbishment and fit-out. Prior to this Sophie worked in the commercial and residential property markets.
