Working closely with the Chief Executive and the Directors, James is involved on a range of LIFT, PFI and mixed used projects. As part of his day to day role for each of his allocated projects, he is responsible for the sale and purchase of sites, arrangement of funding and financial modelling.
James is involved in a number of Norlife schemes including the refurbishment and redevelopment of a 230 room nurses' accommodation in Kings Lynn. He has played an important role in the completion stages of the predominantly residential Shakespeare Street Development in Nottingham and is working as a viability consultant on a large mixed use scheme in South London.
