Hilary has extensive experience in property accounts and service charges encompassing both residential and commercial properties. Having worked for a variety of property companies, including Broadgate Estates & The Universal Consolidated Group, Hilary has had responsibility for rent and service charge collection, year-end service charge processing, budget preparation as well as being an integral part of any reporting for the Landlord and liaison with external Auditors.
Hilary joined Guildhouse in 2009 and was a key part of implementing the property accounts system. Hilary is now the first point of contact on matters pertaining to rent and service charges for all our Asset Management contracts
