Graham Cole BSc FRICS
Director

Graham is a Director of both Guildhouse UK Ltd and Guildhouse Holdings Ltd and also a shareholder. He is involved in a number of complex mixed use developments and is the Lead Partner of the Shopping Centre Out-Performance Opportunities Partnership (SCOOP), a joint venture launched by Guildhouse to take advantage of strategic buying opportunities following major falls in asset values in the UK commercial property investment market.

With over 30 years property management and development experience, Graham's particular focus is on uniting the PPP expertise of Guildhouse with the group's private sector experience.

Previously a director of Ashcroft Estates Plc, he was involved with mixed use regeneration schemes in Kings Lynn (Vancouver Centre), Norwich (Anglia Square) and Barnsley Markets, together with asset management of two successful long term shopping centre funds. At London and Edinburgh Trust, SPP and Celexa, Graham was responsible for site assembly, planning, development agreement, CPO and pre-lettings of the Bull Ring in Birmingham and Oracle in Reading. He also ran SPP's Asia Pacific operations.

Having studied retail design evolution in North America, Europe and South East Asia, he has an in-depth understanding of how asset management, renovation and new development works at all levels, with an overriding interest in financial viability and returns.
