Gavin provides in-house financial modelling for PPP projects. His responsibility for funding arrangements includes senior debt, subordinated debt and equity funding. In this capacity he refinanced two operational PFI projects in 2007.
Gavin has development appraisal as well as financial modelling skills. He works closely with the Chief Executive on major projects, has acted as viability consultant on a large mixed-use regeneration scheme in the south west and has been responsible for the management of a number of in-house developments. He has recently completed his Masters degree on Real Estate Appraisal.
