Gavin provides financial modelling for PPP and commercial projects. In this capacity he has refinanced two of Guildhouse's operational PFI projects.
Gavin has development appraisal as well as financial modelling skills. He works closely with Guildhouse team members, including acting as viability consultant on a large mixed-use regeneration scheme in the south west and has been responsible for the management of a number of Guildhouse developments.
In 2011 Gavin founded the charity yellobric to provide eLiterature and internet access to developing world schools.
