Associate Director
Duncan plays a key role in contributing to, and presenting Guildhouse bids for NHS LIFT and 3PD across the country. He leads the Group's involvement in Equitable Access competitions, has responsibility for preparing Strategic Outline, Outline and Full Business Cases and for undertaking comprehensive post completion evaluation reports of major LIFT schemes.
Previously Duncan enjoyed a long and varied career in the Public Sector with spells at the Home Office and Manpower Services Commission. He has worked in local Government on strategic land use planning and at Director and Board level in the NHS. With appointments in Community and Primary Care Trusts, he has extensive experience commissioning, developing and delivering new health services.
