Chris supports the team on a wide range of private and public sector projects. This work includes reporting on market dynamics and economics in order to assess current viability. In addition the forecasting of future market conditions upon project completion. He also works on investment proposals relating to potential schemes, financial modelling and monitoring.
Chris has an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading, and a background in Finance and Real Estate Development.
