David Hudson
Chief Executive

David has hands-on responsibility for appraising development opportunities, both in public and private sectors, and for raising a wide variety of debt and equity funding. He is also personally involved in identifying and negotiating the appropriate corporate and contract structures for off-balance sheet finance and Public/Private Partnerships.

His background includes extensive experience in project management, quantity surveying and construction/property consultancy covering a wide range of projects in both the public and private sectors, in the UK and overseas, with values ranging from £1 million up to £400 million.

Graham Cole
Director

Graham is working on a number of key projects in the commercial and mixed use sectors and is involved in identifying new opportunities in the UK and overseas.

He has over 25 years experience of shopping centre and mixed use development and asset management experience in the UK and South East Asia.

Tony Fowles
Director

Tony heads up many different types of projects, both new construction and client/occupier fitting out works in the retail, health and commercial sectors including schemes funded under the Private Finance and LIFT Initiative. With over 20 years experience in Project Management and Quantity Surveying, Tony specialises in Project Management techniques including programming, modelling, appraisals and contract management.

Barry Jenkins
Director

Barry works in both private and public sectors and his experience ranges from commercial, office and retail developments (such as 'cut and carve'), to new build, to health projects. He is responsible for the Norfolk LIFT to develop primary health care and associated facilities throughout the region. His extensive knowledge of major and complex development projects has been gained over a career spanning 25 years.

Stephen Oswald
Director

Stephen has wide ranging business experience in the property and construction industries, particularly in identifying and developing opportunities from the early stages. He has a reputation for being a strong team player and for building good relationships with a wide group of stakeholders to secure and deliver major projects.
