Willesden Centre for Health & Care is one of the most important community hospitals in London procured by the PFI route. It had been proposed for more than 30 years prior to Guildhouse's involvement as Preferred Bidder. Providing a one stop community health facility, departments include clinical, outpatients, women's services, young disabled person's ward, rehabilitation, mental health and children's unit. Primary care facilities include GP surgery, dentistry and pharmaceutical services.

The development cost £25m and is 100% owned by Guildhouse. The original proposal included the residential development of the vacant land created by the hospital redevelopment and the Guildhouse proposals maximised the resultant financial gain for the NHS. The Guildhouse team gained planning consent for both the hospital and residential units, including social housing.

The PFI project was funded by Bank of Ireland, Allied Irish Bank and Cooperative Bank and hard & soft FM services are provided by Accuro.
