South East Midlands LIFT
Guildhouse has been awarded Preferred Bidder for South East Midlands LIFT, giving Guildhouse the exclusive right to provide primary care facilities over the next 20 years in Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and North Hertfordshire. This is part of the Government's MKSM (Milton Keynes South Midlands) regeneration initiative which plans significant growth and development in the region. The new housing programme for the MKSM area will lead to substantial demand for health and other facilities. £100m is planned to be spent through SEM LIFT over the next 5 years.
