Nottinghamshire Police Authority Operational Support H.Q.
This operational building with vehicle forensic examination facilities was part of a unique PFI contract closed in 2001, including the privatisation of the Nottinghamshire Police vehicle fleet. The competition also included the identification and sourcing of the land, which was acquired speculatively ahead of the PFI financial close. The initial capital investment was £9 million. The vehicles part of the deal, run by Venson plc, was separated form the property element which is now 100% owned by Guildhouse. Senior debt was provided by Royal Bank of Scotland.
The facility was completed in 2002 and hard & soft FM services provided by Accuro without financial deduction since then.
