Guildhouse are the preferred bidder for Arun Community Hospital in Littlehampton, West Sussex. They won preferred bidder status through their proposals for a quality civic building that is environmentally friendly and highly energy efficient, as well as an attractive architectural addition to the town.

Guildhouse were appointed Preferred Bidder in June 2005 but the project was put on hold just one week before Financial Close in April 2006. The project is now expected to start on site in 2007.

Development cost will be £15 million and Guildhouse is the sole equity investor. Senior debt is being provided by Alliance and Leicester and maintenance services by Accuro.
