Regeneration / Community Involvement

Recognising the importance of regeneration in the delivery of services and projects, we incorporate regeneration into the delivery of a client's estates strategy, co-ordinating the regeneration activities of clients with other agencies and organisations.

We ensure that communities participate and take ownership of the new projects.

We manage, co-ordinate and undertake public consultation processes to ensure wider stakeholder 'buy in' to a client's estates strategy and development proposals.
