Wide Ranging Experience

Guildhouse has considerable experience of entering Public Private Partnerships with public sector organisations and with Local Authorities to develop and manage publicly owned assets and land. Our work in this field covers a wide range of sectors including health, accommodation and mixed use developments. Organisations with whom we work or have worked include Yorkshire Forward, Hertfordshire County Council, Norfolk County Council and Aylesbury Vale District Council.

HCA Investment Status

We recently achieved investment status with the Homes & Communities Agency which will enable us to apply for social housing grants and sell completed units to Registered Social Landlords. We are in discussion with the HCA regarding a possible housing programme of up to 5,000 homes over the next 5 years. We have purchased 3 sites in Croydon and one in the north west and there is a prospect that this programme could extend nationwide throughout the UK.

The LivinHOME^TM Concept

As part of this programme, it is intended that new houses will be delivered by the application of the LivinHOME^TM Concept. This innovative housing mode developed by Geraghty Taylor Architects (www.gtarchitects.co.uk) is being promoted by guildhouse and Rosepride.

It is proposed to deliver these units through a newly formed construction company using guildhouse group management expertise. This will be an entirely not-for-profit organisation with all surpluses being channelled back into future social housing projects.
