From the outset we seek to understand our partners' business and service priorities and the opportunities to facilitate these through the investment. Our health planners work closely with our partners to develop robust strategic commissioning models based on an area's health need. They will, in conjunction with the commissioners, develop the brief, research best practice, future trends and opportunities, mapping out service needs, critical adjacencies and functionality to deliver a bespoke solution. As required we meet with commissioners, providers and other stakeholders regarding opportunities to extend the range of services, subsidise the build and optimise success for the business case.

We deliver high specification buildings, on time and within budget, whether constructed as a turnkey solution, for repairing lease or fully managed buildings.

As developers, we have a wealth of experience in site finding, land assembly and negotiation. Working closely with local Planning Authorities, we are able to ensure that each development has the best chance of a successful application in an ideal location.
