Shakespeare Street, Nottingham
A new build, mixed use scheme on the site of a former Police Traffic Wing. The development involved the creation of 48 high quality residential apartments, plus 16,000 sq ft of mixed commercial space. The Local Authority's design panel described the scheme as one of the finest development proposals seen in Nottingham (designed by Piers Gough and Julian Marsh).
