Guildhouse is a JV Partner of the 1249 Regeneration Partnership LLP which is responsible for the development of the £200 million Barnsley Markets retail and mixed use development scheme. This involves the relocation and redevelopment of Barnsley Markets in the town centre. The project includes the development of a new market building, an external market, a major retail area, multi screen cinema, large amphitheatre, residential apartment block and multi storey car park.
