NHS Norfolk and its GP Commissioners planned for extended provision for Podiatric Surgery in Norwich. Guildhouse remodelled Turnstone Court on the Norwich Community Hospital site to provide the required theatre space. The scheme involved converting a Learning Disability administrative base for the use of podiatric surgery to provide a surgical unit and associated facilities. The scheme provides two new operating theatres, preparation and recovery rooms.

The work was delayed whilst the PCT gained vacant possession but was then delivered to programme and budget. Guildhouse provide a leaase plus service to the PCT.
