The new accommodation for five doctors amalgamates two rural practices, previously operating out of sub-standard accommodation, into one modern building. The 7,750 sq.ft. building incorporates all required ancillary facilities designed to the latest infection control standards.

The location of the new surgery, on land adjacent to the local High School alongside a new village hall and nursery facility, will help integrate public services in the heart of the village.

The surgery was completed in February 2009, the doctors taking the head lease.
