This is a regeneration project in an area of high deprivation, with an ethnically diverse population mix. The development aims to bring together health, community and social services into a £5m 'Community Hub' health building on a former factory site. We are consulting with community, voluntary and charity groups, regarding the opportunity to develop integrated social, health, housing, education and employment services. The plan is to create 'hubs' of services in several areas of deprivation with flexible residential accommodation designed to accommodate a variety of occupiers.
