Complete regeneration of a derelict Grade II listed 1800's workhouse on the Bedford Health Village site to provide a new headquarters for NHS Bedfordshire, enabling all commissioning staff to be brought together in one place. These high quality modern offices will have a low carbon footprint and the ground floor will link through to the adjacent new Enhanced Service Centre building, providing a café facility available to both public and staff.
