We have been responsible for the complete programme of procurement, refurbishment, furniture installation, staff relocation and premises management of the new headquarters for NHS Milton Keynes. Previously the Commissioning PCT were located in a poor quality building at a hospital site which did not provide the required separation between Commissioners and Providers. Due to the urgency of the requirement, it was decided that the freehold purchase and refurbishment of an existing office building, which exactly matched requirements, was the best solution. The result is a turnkey building with modern facilities that is totally suited to staff requirements whilst providing value for all LIFT partners.
