Clinical Service Procurement
Milton Keynes
Guildhealth (Guildhouse's health consultancy) stepped in at short notice to run a clinical service procurement for NHS Milton Keynes. The OJEU competition found a clinical service provider for the Equitable Access Centre after the previous procurement was unsuccessful
A second procurement was successfully delivered for the Joint Drug and Alcohol Strategy Group
Following the appointment of a preferred bidder, the Chairman wrote to Guildhealth

"As the Chair of the Drug & Alcohol Strategy Group, I am writing to formally thank you for all the hard work and attention to detail that you put into this process over the last 18 months.
I fully expect that the new outcomes based criteria will provide much improved services for local people and help the public sector in Milton Keynes work together better to prevent the health and wider social impacts of drug and alcohol abuse.
Very well done."
