Situated at the heart of Croydon's commercial district is this major £350m mixed-use development by Guildhouse UK in partnership with Croydon development company, Rosepride Properties Limited.

With a strikingly curved design by architect Piers Gough, the development features a 55 storey tower which will contain 25,000m2 of grade A office space and 400 apartments. Residents of all the apartments will have access to balconies or winter gardens and both internal and external communal amenity spaces. A dramatic cantilevered ten storeys above Wellesey Road, containing restaurants and other public spaces, sits above a 200 bedroom 4* Intercontinental Hotel.

A widened public footpath lined with cafes, restaurants and bars along Lansdowne Road will link the proposed East Croydon station access bridge with the Whitgift Shopping Centre. The development also includes a gym with swimming pool and underground parking for cars, bicycles and motorcycles.

A valuable contribution to the public realm will be the creation of a discreet and peaceful public square collocated with a cafe away from the main highways.
