Guildhouse won this PFI project through their proposals for a quality civic building that is environmentally friendly and highly energy efficient, as well as an attractive architectural addition to the town.

This much needed project was put on hold by the PCT - the development cost would be some £15 million, with Guildhouse as the sole equity investor
