Guildhouse are Development Partners on the refurbishment and extension of a Victorian warehouse building in East London. The refurbishment will provide commercial space for the existing bar and restaurant on the ground and basement floors and for commercial space on the first floor. The second and third floors will be residential with three apartments per floor. In addition there will be a vertical extension containing three penthouses. All residential units are being finished to a high level of specification.
