Service Redesign and Relocation

NHS Hertfordshire and the East and North Hertfordshire Acute Trust commissioned Guildhouse to facilitate the relocation of Therapy and GUM services from the hospital site.

Guildhouse undertook service redesign with staff, located an alternative facility, completed two business cases, comprehensively refurbished and successfully relocated the services at a considerable revenue saving within six months.
