As a fast track medium term solution for an immediate requirement, an operational 12 hour, 7 days a week Walk-In GP Centre was provided in a temporary building at Welwyn Garden City.

The same methodology was undertaken for a new Equitable Access Centre in Milton Keynes where Guildhouse also procured the clinical service provider for the PCT. Both temporary buildings will be replaced by new permanent facilities in five years' time.
