A new build, mixed use scheme in the centre of Nottingham, close to Nottingham Trent University. The development, designed by Piers Gough and Julian Marsh, creates 48 high quality residential apartments, most with balconies and terraces. In addition there is 16,000 sq ft of mixed commercial space (including a retail unit occupied by Tesco) and basement car parking. The Local Authority's design panel described the scheme as one of the finest development proposals seen in Nottingham. It was completed in 2008.
