Guildhouse have completed the refurbishment of two units on the Carlton Colville site for the Norfolk and Waveney Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. Two single storey secure wards were comprehensively refurbished and an ECT facility re-established onsite.

These were enabling works to facilitate redevelopment of a hospital in Great Yarmouth. The scheme utilised elements of the Guildhouse supply chain working alongside the Trust's own in house design and M&E capability.
