NHS Milton Keynes sought Guildhouse support in responding to QIPP financial and efficiency challenges

We were commissioned to undertake an estate rationalisation study of the existing Bletchley Community Hospital, looking at how the services on site could be delivered in a more efficient manner leading to a rationalisation of the estate.
