We were commissioned to masterplan the development of the Bedford Health Village on the site of the old Bedford Hospital. This process included consultation both with the PCT and local organisations. Phase 1 provided an Enhanced Services Centre to deliver a range of high quality health and social care facilities in a new, modern and highly efficient building. Following phases may include the total refurbishment of Shires House (a grade II listed building), a potential new GP Centre and relocation of other NHS services, such as a Dental Access Centre and Mental Health Unit.
