We endeavour to find a positive balance between economic profitability, social benefit and environmental impact.

Sustainability

We are committed to delivering sustainable project solutions in all of our work and are collaborating on a new deep-bore geothermal energy system with the potential to provide 80% of the heating and cooling load.

The Plowright Medical Centre at Swaffham was named Sustainable Building of the year for having minimal carbon dioxide emissions, with energy consumption less than a third of the mandatory Department of Health targets.

The 1, Lansdowne Road, Croydon project at Croydon will be the first mixed used city centre building to use a new advanced form of geothermal energy technology providing around 60% of heating and cooling as renewable energy.

We promote safe and multi modal transport systems which minimise impact on the environment and we are also particularly interested in building a greater understanding of the links between health and the built environment.
