Guildhouse is a property development, management and investment organisation with a net asset value in excess of £25 million and a successful track record of private and public sector developments.

We undertake a wide variety of projects, of different size and scope, across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, leisure, healthcare and retail. We are particularly active in mixed-use regeneration schemes.

In public sector work, we are involved in PFI, LIFT and other Public/Private Partnerships. In all of our Public/Private Partnership projects Guildhouse is a substantial long-term equity investor.
